BENTLEY CONTINENTAL SUPER SPORTS
Bentley launches the fastest four seater car in normal form and in Convertible.
The
new Continental Super sports takes the phenomenal performance, handling
and speed of the first generation to new levels. The pure essence of
Bentley, it is the most powerful model ever produced. Its super car
performance is the result of an astonishing 700 bhp (710 PS) harnessed
with engineering innovations that include torque-vectoring developed by
Bentley Motorsport.
The blistering acceleration and awe-inspiring top speed make it every
inch a super car. Bold body styling features – with carbon-fiber accents
to front and rear. A large carbon-fiber rear spoiler adds to the
high-performance characteristics and agile handling. The interior
delivers a stunning race-inspired design in the form of a uniquely bold
chequered carbon-fiber to the fascia plates, and a completely new
three-tone interior color split option. The new Continental Super sports
is a rare pleasure – only a very limited number of these cars will be
built.
All housed in a car that is the highest iteration of the current
Continental GT with its striking and assertive appearance, it looks
every inch a super car with bold body styling features and carbon-fiber
accents. The interior also delivers a stunning race-inspired design in
the form of a uniquely bold chequered carbon-fiber to the fascia plates,
and a completely new three-tone interior color split-option. Like the normal Continental Super Sports the Convertible will built in limited number.
It employs larger turbochargers making more boost and revised inter coolers, while its crankshaft and connecting-rod bearings are
beefed up. An eight-speed automatic is the only transmission choice,
using a new torque converter that, Bentley claims, locks up faster and
can better withstand the engine’s massive output.
The suspension setup is slightly lower and stiffer than that of other
Continental models. More importantly, it’s reportedly lighter than
every other version of the current Continental GT, changes done like lightweight wheels and an optional titanium exhaust
system.
Body kit includes carbon-fiber front splitter and rear diffuser along with side sill
extensions. Various vents and grilles on the hood and fenders are
finished in gloss black, while the headlights and taillights are
slightly tinted. Options include a rear spoiler and even side decals for some buyers. The interior benefits from plenty of faux-suede and
carbon-fiber trim, along with a distinct steering wheel and Super sports
badges stitched into the headrests.
The headlight new Continental Super Sports has not changed the traditions of their headlight it is same round glass with better LED lights.Carbon-ceramic brakes are standard, and claimed to be the largest of their type available on any current production car.
Bentley Continental Super Sports takes only 3.5sec to reach 0-100km/hr. It's the fastest-accelerating Bentley ever made.
It's a W12 engine and car has the capacity of 90liters.
